Kamchybek Dosmatov has been appointed as the first deputy minister of labor, social protection, and migration.
Kamchybek Dosmatov was born on May 21, 198 in the Batken region, in the village of Dostuk.
Previously, he worked as a social issues expert in the president's office and held positions as deputy head and inspector. Since September 2021, he has been the head of the mayor's office of the city of Osh.
Dosmatov is a state advisor of the 2nd class in the civil service.
Talant Zhekshenov has become the chairman of the board of the State Investment Corporation.
Temirkul Baltabaev, who held the position previously, is completing his work as part of a planned rotation and is moving to another position in accordance with the decision of the presidential administration's board.
Talant Zhekshenov, born in 1982, has a legal education obtained from the Jusup Balasagyn Kyrgyz National University, as well as a degree in mining from the I. Razakov Kyrgyz Technical University. He also graduated from the special Olympic reserve school named after Sheraly Sydykov.
Zhekshenov has extensive experience in leadership positions in various government institutions, including director of the State Enterprise "Sport Complex," director of the "Ala-Archa" park, and deputy director of the state enterprise "Kyrgyzkomur." He has established himself as a responsible and effective manager.
Melis Satarov has been elected head of the National Alliance of Business Associations.
His election took place at the annual reporting meeting of NABA, which includes 87 business associations in the country.
Satarov has many years of experience in entrepreneurship and institutional development. He is also the president of the Union of Entrepreneurs of Kyrgyzstan.
In 2020, he ran for a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh of the seventh convocation from the political party "Ordo."
New akims have been appointed in two districts of Kyrgyzstan.
Daniyar Sheishekano has become the akim of the Nookat district, previously working as an expert on interaction with judicial and prosecutorial bodies in the president's administration.
Emil Chakiyev, who held this position before Sheishekano, is suspected of illegal land sales and has worked since March 2025.
The akim of the Manas district is now Bakytbek Suyunbaev, who was previously the first deputy akim of the Suzak district.
Since March 19, 2025, the Manas district has been headed by Ermekbay Omoshev.
