Nurbek Akzholov has been appointed Deputy Minister of Finance.
Since 2009, Nurbek Akzholov has been working in the Ministry of Finance, and during his service, he has progressed from a specialist to the head of the department responsible for international financial relations.
Akzholov holds a higher education degree in "Finance and Credit" and an MBA obtained from prestigious universities in Japan. In his research, he studied the impact of foreign aid on the economic growth of Kyrgyzstan.
Kurbanbek Aitibayev has left the position of First Deputy President in the Osh region.
It has been reported that he resigned due to plans to participate in the early elections for the Jogorku Kenesh. Aitibayev held this position since May 30, 2024.
Adylbek Tultemirov has been appointed Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Ethiopia.
Previously, Tultemirov served as the Director of the International Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and has extensive experience in diplomatic service.
The new Deputy Chairman of the CEC is Bakhaidir Konurov.
Nurlan Koychukeev, who previously held this position, has left but will remain a member of the commission. Konurov was nominated by the parliament from the quota of the "Isheniim" party, while Koychukeev was appointed from the presidential quota.
Additionally, Turusbek Omurzakov has been appointed as the special representative of the CEC for the city of Manas and the Suzak district, and will also become the coordinator of the Central Election Commission in the Jalal-Abad region. This position was previously held by Mahmud Junusov.
Sanzhar Abdygaziev has become a member of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
He replaced Ulan Jamaldinov, who left at his own request.
Ulanbek Satiev has been appointed General Director of the National Television and Radio Broadcasting Corporation.
Satiev is 41 years old, previously served as Deputy General Director of the NTRC, and has been part of the president's press service for many years.
Bolotbek Tillebaev, the previous head of the NTRC, has been relieved of his duties as a result of an inspection conducted by the president's administration.
Zhumamidin Sulaymankulov has been appointed head of the Department of Organizational and Inspectorate Work and Local Self-Government of the Osh City Hall.
Prior to this, he held the position of head of the information support department in the municipality of the southern capital.
Barkalbas Baytikov has been appointed Deputy Akim for Social Issues of the Oktobrskiy District of Bishkek.
This position was previously held by Asel Sadykova, who was relieved due to identified deficiencies at school No. 56.
Personnel changes also affected the Patrol Police Service.
Police Major Borborbek Tashmatov, who previously served as Deputy Head of the Patrol Police Service of the Bishkek City Police Department, is now the new head. This position was previously held by Manasbek Sydygaliev, who was appointed to his position on May 19, 2025.
Other changes in the leadership of the capital's Patrol Police Service include:
- Police Major Aibek Jamangulov, former commander of the Patrol Police Regiment, is now the Deputy Head of the Department;
- Police Lieutenant Colonel Erlan Mamyraliyev, former inspector of the law enforcement practice department, has been appointed head of the road supervision department;
- Police Senior Lieutenant Izabek Toktoghozhoyev, former commander of the 1st company, now commands the Patrol Police Regiment of the Bishkek City Police Department;
- Police Captain Mukhammed Khalmatov, who held the position of Deputy Commander of the 1st company, has become the Commander of the 1st company;
- Police Major Tilek Kurmanbekov has been appointed head of the duty unit of the department.
The new head of the Patrol Police Service of Osh is Police Major Nurmat Ernazaro, who previously served as head of the Road Patrol Service and law enforcement practice of the State Traffic Safety Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
