As reported by the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange, Matkabylova Nurkyz Attokurovna has left her position as a member of the board.
She made the decision to resign voluntarily by submitting the appropriate application.
She has been replaced by Kadyrberdiev Nurbek Sadibakasovich, who will now perform the duties of the new board member.
The mentioned individuals do not hold any shares in the bank's authorized capital.
This decision was made at an extraordinary meeting of the board of directors of OJSC "FinansCreditBank" held on December 4, 2025.

In 2023, Nurbek Sadibakasovich Kadyrberdiev held the position of head of the OJSC "Keremet Bank" in Bishkek.
