Beksultan Tokonov has become the new director of the State Agency for Management of State Property.
Since March 2025, this position was held by Timur Malbashev, who has now left his post.
Abdykadir Joroev, who served as the director of the Department of Disease Prevention and State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance, has stepped down from this position.
His work in this role began in May 2024, and he previously held this position from 2020 to 2021. Currently, no new candidate has been appointed to this position.
Additionally, Anarkhan Bazaralieva has been relieved of her duties as the director of the Higher School of Justice.
This decision was made at a recent meeting of the Council of Judges. Bazaralieva has held this position since January 2024.
Ryuichi Hirano has become the new ambassador of Japan to Kyrgyzstan.
His predecessor, Godo Hideki, served as the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Japan to Kyrgyzstan since 2022.
Taalatbek Masadykov has been appointed as the Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization.
He will begin his duties on January 1, 2026. The current CSTO Secretary General, Imangali Tasmagambetov, representing Kazakhstan, will complete his term in this position, having held it since January 2023. According to the organization's charter, the term of office for the Secretary General is three years.
