The starting price for the share is 631,245,800 soms
The State Agency for the Management of State Property under the Cabinet of Ministers has announced the start of the sale of a 100% share of LLC "Balykchy Meat Processing Plant". The enterprise will be put up for electronic auction, as stated in the agency's press release.
The plant is located in the city of Balykchy at 269 Abdrahmanov Street and occupies an area of 10.7 hectares. Its territory includes production and warehouse buildings with a total area of 30,287.76 square meters. There is also a private access railway track with modern ramps, which facilitates efficient loading and unloading operations.
“The location in the area includes both production zones and private residential development. The facility is located just 150 meters from the EM-07 highway, ensuring excellent transport accessibility and logistics opportunities,” the press service noted.
The auction will take place on the electronic auction platform auctionetp.gov.kg. Applications are accepted until 10:00 on December 9, and the auction itself will begin at 15:40 on the same day.
