The annual gold production will reach 12 tons
The head of the information policy service of the president's administration, Daiyrbek Orunbekov, reported that the revenue from 'Kumtor' amounted to 124 billion 216 million soms. He presented the results of the work for 2025, noting the record financial results of the enterprise.
Orunbekov emphasized that during the period when 'Kumtor' was managed by a foreign company, more than 410 tons of gold were exported from Kyrgyzstan, not counting silver and other precious metals. Over the 29 years of the enterprise's operation, Kyrgyzstan received 101 million dollars in the form of dividends.
"This year, the total revenue of the company amounted to over 1 billion 420 million dollars, and the dividends amounted to 150 million dollars," the official added.
