He noted that previously, the participants of the event were mainly children whose parents held high positions, as well as their acquaintances and relatives.
“President Sadyr Japarov, noticing this situation, instructed two years ago to implement strict control over the formation of the participant list. Since then, achievements in sports, academic success, as well as children from remote regions, disadvantaged families, those with disabilities, and especially active kids who have shown themselves are taken into account during the selection,” he added.
