President Sadyr Japarov invited a fourth grader who overcame a one-meter snow barrier on his way to school to the New Year's tree.

As reported by Daiyrbek Orunbekov, head of the information policy service of the President's Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic, a video has become popular on social media showing the boy heading to school despite the heavy snowfall.

“Sadyr Nurgozhovich saw this video and was touched by the efforts of the boy, who, despite difficult conditions, strives for education. The president emphasized that such determined and talented children need special support and ordered to invite him to the New Year's tree. A gift is also being prepared on behalf of the head of state for the student who is eager for knowledge,” noted Orunbekov.

Nurjaman Almazbekov studies in the 4th grade of the Aydyn-Kol primary school located in the village of Koo-Chaty in the Kara-Kulja district. He is the fourth of six children in the family. His father, Almaz, who is 39 years old, and mother, Jumagul, 38 years old, are engaged in household chores.
