The updated electronic invoice is intended for the documentation of goods before their export from the country and is used exclusively for the documentary support of exported goods that will subsequently be sold through electronic trading platforms.
It is important to note that the process of issuing this form of E-invoice is not considered a sale of goods and does not entail tax obligations.
To create an E-invoice for trading on marketplaces, it is necessary to:
– log into the electronic invoice system and select the "E-invoice for marketplaces" section;
– click the "Add" button in the upper right corner of the screen;
– then the taxpayer must fill in all fields according to the established rules outlined in the "Procedure for issuing and applying invoices within the framework of trading activities on electronic trading platforms".
It should be remembered that the invoice issued for trading activities on the marketplace cannot be changed and cannot be canceled.
Taxpayers are required to provide all information accurately and without errors, as the entered data cannot be changed or canceled after completion.
The implementation of the new form of E-invoice is aimed at creating comfortable conditions for business and ensuring stable exports of goods from Kyrgyzstan.
