According to the new resolution, a number of new companies and assets have been added to the list of objects subject to privatization, which will be transferred to the charter capitals of state enterprises.
Among the new objects are LLC "Aero Kyrgyzstan" and LLC "Taza Energy," which will be transferred as contributions to the charter capitals of JSC "Kyrgyzstan Airports" and JSC "Directorate of Constructing Power Plants."
Furthermore, the program has been expanded at the regional level. In the Issyk-Kul region, LLC "Lyazzat" has been included in the list, while in the Osh region, LLC "Nurdhan Trans" and Wholesale International have been added. These assets are also planned to be transferred to the charter capital of JSC "State Customs Infrastructure."
A new object has been added in Bishkek—a non-residential premises located on a land plot of 0.996 hectares at Chingiz Aitmatov Avenue, 101, which will be assigned to the State Committee for National Security.
The specified document will come into effect in ten days.
