Erkinnazar Baynazarov, the chairman of the polling station, reported this incident.
According to him, an official report was drawn up regarding this matter.
“Our station has 2,206 registered voters. Currently, 138 people have voted, of which 14 chose the remote format. Around 10:28, the device printed only half of the ballot, and the second part remained in the machine. We drew up a report on this matter. A technical specialist arrived on site and restored the device's operation in 15–20 minutes,” Baynazarov explained.
