Omurbek Tekebaev spoke about the voting process of Kyrgyz citizens in Germany and Poland

The Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan in Germany, Omurbek Tekebaev, shared information with the "Kabar" agency about the current voting process at foreign polling stations opened for the early elections of the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh.

There are two polling stations operating in Germany — in Berlin and Frankfurt am Main, as well as one station in Warsaw, the capital of Poland. All three locations were organized by the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan and are functioning normally.

As of 1:00 PM Bishkek time, the following voting data has been recorded:

“We hope for an increase in the number of voters by the end of the day. Information about the elections in Germany was disseminated in advance through diasporas and various communities,” commented Tekebaev.

According to Omurbek Tekebaev, there are about 20,000 Kyrgyz citizens living in Germany, and the embassy has provided all necessary conditions for them to exercise their voting rights.
