An expert discussion in Bishkek is taking place in a Kyrgyz-Russian format titled "Modeling Allied Relations between Russia and Kyrgyzstan." During this event, Vladimir Lubyanko, an expert from the Center for Political Processes in Eurasia, announced the opening of a new Center for Expert Interaction and Modeling (EVM) under the ANO "Eurasia."
According to Lubyanko, the Center will focus on creating a platform for regular expert dialogue and practical modeling of allied initiatives between the two countries.
Among the main goals and objectives of the Center, he highlighted:
- active expert interaction and collaborative intellectual work;
- research on the integration of Russia and Kyrgyzstan within the framework of the EAEU, CSTO, BRICS, and CIS;
- modeling constructive allied projects;
- providing expert-analytical support for the initiatives of ANO "Eurasia";
- creating scientific and educational media products;
- supporting scholars, experts, and public leaders working on issues of allied relations.
Also, the principles of functioning of the EVM Center were announced, which include both practical and philosophical aspects.
Working principles:
- research and media products are developed on an allied platform in cooperation with Russian and Kyrgyz specialists;
- all intellectual products will be available in various media formats and undergo a digitization process.
Philosophical principles:
- priority of traditional moral values;
- respect for cultural traditions and linguistic features;
- recognition of the Russian language as a common cultural heritage and Russian culture as an important element of world culture;
- patriotism and respect for the memory of ancestors who defeated fascism and Nazism;
- resolute rejection of extremism and terrorism.
According to the speaker, the opening of the EVM Center will be an important step towards deepening cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Russia, bringing together scholars, analysts, and public figures to develop new integration initiatives.
