Media School 'Eurasia' in Osh gathered more than 60 young journalists and bloggers
The two-day media school "Eurasia" has concluded its work, becoming one of the most significant educational platforms in the region for students and young professionals in the field of communications and media. The event took place at Osh State University (OSHU).

The opening of the school was marked by speeches from well-known experts, including media specialist Kuban Abdymeen, international journalist Tural Kerimov, artificial intelligence specialist Chyngyz Damirbekov, podcaster Kanat Kamchybekov, and investigator Munarbek Imarov.

The first day was dedicated to topics of journalism, the application of artificial intelligence in this field, as well as journalistic investigations and fact-checking. The speakers discussed how the tasks of journalists are changing in the digital age, what AI tools can assist in content creation, and how to properly organize investigations and fact-checking in the context of misinformation dissemination.

Additionally, the experts provided practical advice on creating podcasts, including concept development, script writing, recording, and promoting audio content. Participants received useful recommendations for developing their own media projects.

On the second day, the sessions continued under the guidance of Tural Kerimov, who shared insights on international journalistic standards, current trends in the media landscape, and the basics of visual culture. He emphasized the need for journalists to adapt to global changes and the importance of using visual elements to enhance storytelling and maintain ethical standards.

Participants were able to analyze real cases, receive advice on creating quality multimedia content, and familiarize themselves with practices used in leading global newsrooms.
