The National Bank notes that the largest share of incidents was due to failures on the part of service providers — 44.75% of the total cases. Power supply issues accounted for 30.48%. Additionally, 14.29% of incidents were related to malfunctions of hardware-software complexes and peripheral devices, while 10.48% were due to communication channel failures.
It is emphasized that the mentioned incidents did not lead to financial losses and did not negatively affect other participants in the payment services market.
