In Ashgabat, on December 12, the President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, participated in a commemorative ceremony to lay flowers at the Neutrality Monument during his working visit to Turkmenistan.
According to the press service of the head of state, the event was also attended by presidents, heads of governments, and representatives of international organizations gathered for the international forum "Peace and Trust: Unity of Goals for a Sustainable Future."
Every year on December 12, the day that marks the International Day of Neutrality, this ceremony takes place with the participation of the President of Turkmenistan to commemorate the legal status of the country's permanent neutrality.
