During the elections, the schemes and boundaries of multi-mandate electoral districts were determined, and district electoral commissions were formed. As a result, 589 citizens were nominated as candidates, of which 63 withdrew their applications, 56 were denied registration, and the registration of 10 candidates was canceled. A total of 460 candidates participated in the electoral process, including 271 men and 189 women, among whom were 16 candidates with disabilities.
The Central Election Commission (CEC) ensured equal conditions for all participants in the elections, acting within the framework of the law to protect the rights of both candidates and voters. A total of 788 international representatives from 58 countries were accredited as observers for the elections, who positively assessed the elections, noting their openness, transparency, and compliance with international standards.

To cover the elections, the CEC accredited 137 media outlets, including 37 print publications, 41 television channels, 19 radio stations, and 40 internet resources. Working groups within the CEC actively interacted with candidates and voters, providing necessary legal and informational support.
As of December 12, 2025, the Coordination Group for Operational Response received 274 reports of violations. The working group on informing voters received 116 materials, of which administrative penalties were imposed on 62. In turn, the working group for reviewing complaints and applications registered 39 materials, with measures taken on 12 of them.
The Control and Audit Group received 4 reports, with sanctions imposed on 2 of them. All appeals and complaints were promptly reviewed and forwarded to law enforcement agencies and other responsible structures.
One of the key features of the elections on November 30, 2025, was the introduction of a remote voting system, which allowed citizens to participate in voting while being outside their electoral districts. A total of 2,492 polling stations were opened in the country, and 27 stations were created for remote voting in hospitals, military units, and other locations. Additionally, 100 stations operated abroad, enabling 190,030 citizens to participate in voting.
For the first time, 6,577 sets of identification devices with printers for ballot printing and voter identification were used in the elections. In total, automatic counting urns, smart batteries, video cameras, and modem routers were installed at 2,619 polling stations, contributing to increased transparency in the voting process.
In the extraordinary elections on November 30, 2025, 4,294,243 citizens were included in the voter lists, of which 1,584,446 voted, accounting for 36.90% of the total. On December 12, 2025, the CEC registered 87 elected deputies across 29 multi-mandate districts, adhering to the gender quotas stipulated by the Constitution. The election results in district No. 13 were annulled due to non-compliance with legislation. The CEC will present certificates and badges to the registered deputies on December 17, 2025.
