Zhyldyzkan Joldoshova, a public figure and politician, has sharply criticized Tynchtyk Shainazarov, the chairman of the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums of the Kyrgyz Republic. In her social media post, she claims that Shainazarov boasts about how he beat Sadyr Japarov during a fight in parliament in 2011.

According to Joldoshova, the incident occurred on April 1, 2011, when the then Attorney General K. Baibolov was speaking. She alleges that Shainazarov supposedly told his acquaintances: "I smashed Sadyr Japarov's face... one punch — and blood flowed from his forehead," promising that he would split his forehead by hitting him with a ring on his hand.

Joldoshova also mentioned in her message rumors that Shainazarov was previously detained with 20 kilograms of drugs, calling on Kamchybek Tashiev to hold him accountable.

In response to these accusations, Tynchtyk Shainazarov denied the ex-deputy's claims. "I was extremely surprised and upset by Zhyldyzkan Joldoshova's statements that I allegedly beat President Sadyr Japarov... This is complete nonsense, slander, and manipulation," he stated.

Shainazarov also declined to comment on the rumors about "20 kilograms of heroin," adding that he does not intend to go into details. He suggested that such statements from Joldoshova might be related to her mental state.
