In Kyrgyzstan, there is a noticeable increase in inclusivity for the upcoming elections. This was stated by Tynchtyk Shainazarov, the chairman of the Central Election Commission, during a meeting with international observers.

He noted that every citizen who has reached the age of 18 has the right to vote, and those who meet the requirements established by law can run as candidates for local or state authorities.

Shainazarov emphasized that these rights are equal for all, regardless of gender, nationality, education level, disability status, or religious beliefs.
This year, special attention has been given to the participation of various groups in society. In some districts, 3 to 4 women have been nominated, in others — from 5 to 7, and in four districts, there are up to 10–11 women candidates.
Additionally, 50 candidates aged 25 to 35 are participating in the elections, which constitutes 11% of the total number of candidates. Among them are 35 men and 15 women.
There are also 16 candidates with disabilities registered: 4 belong to Group III, and 12 to Groups I and II. For these candidates, reduced deposit amounts are provided: 70,000 soms for Group III and 50,000 for Groups I and II, while the standard deposit is 300,000 soms.
