The delegation arrived in Kyrgyzstan to observe the upcoming early parliamentary elections scheduled for November 30, 2025.

During the meeting, Tynchtyk Shainazarov spoke about the preparations for the elections, emphasizing the remote voting system. He noted that the new technology allows voters to choose a voting location outside their district, significantly expanding their rights and simplifying access to the electoral process.

Additionally, the chairman of the CEC informed the delegation members about the technical specifications of the equipment that will be used in the elections. He emphasized that the devices have five functions, including ballot identification, which enhances the accuracy and transparency of the polling stations' operations.

Mikhail Anichkin, in turn, shared information about the activities of the Public Chamber of Russia, which facilitates interaction between citizens and public organizations with government structures, protecting citizens' rights and considering public interests. He mentioned that the Chamber conducts expertise on legislative proposals and monitors the actions of government authorities.

Anichkin also noted that the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation has extensive experience in observing elections in various countries. There are about 150,000 public observers in Russia actively involved in the process of civic oversight. The developed observation methodology has received positive feedback and is used on the international stage. He added that the participation of foreign observers in Russian elections is of great significance and expressed interest in exchanging experiences.

The delegation of the Public Chamber views its participation in observing the elections in Kyrgyzstan as a way to strengthen cooperation and support the country's sovereignty, as well as to develop professional interaction with Kyrgyz colleagues.

At the end of the meeting, Mikhail Anichkin wished success in conducting the elections and expressed his best wishes to the Central Election Commission.
