Who can receive the allowance?
Residents of high-altitude and hard-to-reach areas, including certain border settlements with special conditions, are entitled to the allowance:- for the third and subsequent children;
- for children under three years old if they live with a parent receiving the allowance.

Residents of high-altitude areas should contact the local offices of the Ministry of Labor at their place of residence. To apply for the allowance, the following documents are required: parents' passports, children's birth certificates, documents confirming the birth of twins or multiple children at the same time, and proof of registration in a high-altitude area. Foreigners must provide evidence of legal residence in Kyrgyzstan. If the application is submitted by a representative, a passport, power of attorney, and court decision on legal representation of the child must be provided.When can the allowance be suspended?
- If the family permanently moves abroad;
- in the event of the death of a child under three years old;
- if the child is fully supported by the state;
- upon detection of unlawful receipt of the allowance;
- if the family has moved from a high-altitude area;
- upon the child reaching three years old.
Payment timelines
The allowance will be credited from the first day of the month following the application submission and will continue until the child turns three years old. For example, applications submitted in January 2026 will be paid starting from February 1, 2026.Registration and address
The address where the citizen is registered must match the address indicated in the automated information system "Sanarip Aymak" at the place of residence, as well as in the registration records at the place of residence and stay.If there is no registration, it is necessary to contact the village council for temporary registration.
