According to the National Bank, to increase trust, the fraudsters use fake documents with the bank's logo and counterfeit positive reviews from supposedly satisfied clients who have "already received a loan."
Under various pretexts, such as insurance or commission, the scammers demand money transfers and also send citizens fake loan agreements.
The National Bank emphasizes that this is a fraudulent scheme and strongly urges citizens not to believe such offers and under no circumstances to transfer money to unknown individuals.
If there are any doubts, the regulator advises checking information exclusively through official channels.
The National Bank also reminded that they do not send employee identification and other official documents via messengers, do not require money transfers, do not work with individuals, do not open accounts, and do not provide loans to the public.
If someone becomes a victim of fraudsters, the National Bank recommends immediately blocking their bank card and contacting law enforcement authorities.
