At the hardware meeting held by Adylbek Kasymaliev, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the Presidential Administration of Kyrgyzstan, the results of two reforms under the "Government Accelerators" program were summarized. This information was published by the press service of the Cabinet.

Kasymaliev reported that the results achieved by Kyrgyzstan under the "Government Accelerators" program were highly appreciated by the Emirati side and the international community during his working visit to the United Arab Emirates from February 3 to 5 of this year.

He also emphasized the need to continue the reforms initiated under the program and the importance of monitoring their implementation.

It is worth noting that 12 reforms aimed at addressing various socio-economic issues were planned for 2025, and all of them achieved their goals. The results of the last two reforms were summarized at this meeting.

Among the results of the reforms, it is important to highlight the simplification of the process of obtaining permits for international road transport to China. Previously, Kyrgyzstan and China exchanged a fixed number of permits annually, which amounted to 130,000 permits in 2025. Problems arose due to the lack of an integrated information system and an electronic approval mechanism. Previously, carriers had to gather a package of documents, submit an application, and personally visit the Ministry of Transport, which took up to 24 hours. Now, this process has been reduced to 10 minutes thanks to the implementation of the e-Permit software for electronic approval and the ability to submit applications online with payment through electronic wallets. Information between government authorities is now fully exchanged in electronic format through the "Tündük" platform.
The second reform was the simplification of the transport control procedure at the borders of the EAEU countries. Entrepreneurs and logistics companies had long faced the lack of data exchange between Kyrgyzstan and EAEU partners, which led to delays due to the need to provide documents in paper form. Within 100 days, data exchange integration between government agencies was carried out in accordance with EAEU requirements. The procedures were automated, significantly reducing the time for crossing the border and lowering administrative barriers.

During the meeting, important issues regarding preparations for international events, the implementation of infrastructure projects, and current tasks were also discussed. Following the meeting, relevant instructions were issued.
