The committee dealing with labor, health, women's affairs, and social issues of the Jogorku Kenesh supported the initiative to introduce a state educational benefit for the children of mothers awarded the "Batyr Ene" order.
This draft resolution was proposed by a group of deputies, including Meder Chotonov, Ismanali Joroev, Bakhridin Shabazov, Nurjamal Torobekova, Zhyldyz Egenberdieva, Gulnara Baatyrova, Edyta Taygaraeva, and Bolot Sagynayev.
Meder Chotonov noted that the initiative is aimed at recognizing the merits of mothers awarded the "Batyr Ene" order, as well as implementing the principles of social justice that ensure equal access to education. This step also aligns with state policy aimed at supporting families and motherhood, as well as raising the educational level of youth and strengthening the institution of family, which is important for the demographic development of Kyrgyzstan.
According to the proposal, children of mothers awarded the "Batyr Ene" order will receive an educational benefit in the form of a 50% discount on tuition fees for the first higher professional education under a contractual form.

In addition to this, the committee approved a draft law on amendments to the law "On Internal Migration" in the first reading. This project aims to eliminate contradictions and clarify a number of norms of current legislation. In particular, it is proposed to repeal paragraph 3 of article 14, which concerns the document issued by military institutions, as it is not a full-fledged identification document. It is also planned to recognize paragraph 7 of article 14 concerning the identification of a "kairylman" as having lost its force, since it is issued to foreign citizens and stateless persons, which goes beyond the scope of regulation of this law.
