Their mother, Aydai Majieva, was born on December 9, 1994, in the village of Jereenchi, located in the Uzgen district of the Osh region. Currently, the family resides in the village of Kelte, which is part of the Tört-Kol rural community in the Uzgen district.
“I work as an IT teacher, but right now I am helping my mother-in-law in our home kindergarten,” Aydai shares.
On May 19, 2022, she became the mother of two twin girls. Her mother-in-law chose the names Jasmurok and Jazchurok for them. “We decided to name them so that their hearts would be as pure and kind as spring, since they were born at this time,” the woman explains.
My second set of twins was born on August 1, 2024, and they were named Ertöshtük and Erkesulu. These names were also chosen by my mother-in-law, who, as Aydai confessed, loves to read epics and hopes that her son will grow up to be a true hero, while his sister will be loving and caring.
“We have twins in both sides of our families, probably that's why we also have twins,” Aydai added.
The first twins were born naturally, weighing 3 kg 130 g and 2 kg 750 g, with a 15-minute difference. The second set of twins was delivered by cesarean section, weighing 3 kg 400 g and 3 kg 100 g.
“When the ultrasound revealed that we were having twins, my husband and I were very happy. We didn't hide this news and shared it with everyone. Every child is a gift from God. For the first twins, we organized a gender reveal party with contests and gifts for relatives, which was arranged by my mother-in-law. For the second twins, a similar event was held by my sister-in-law,” Aydai said.
In 2025, Aydai became pregnant with twins again, but unfortunately, due to the fact that the second set of twins was only 7 months old and her health had not yet recovered, she had to terminate the pregnancy. This moment was very difficult and memorable for her.
Today, Aydai's family has five children: two sons and three daughters (there is also an older son). The twins are different from each other, which makes them easily distinguishable.
“Lately, time flies very quickly due to the responsibilities of taking care of the children and household chores. Raising twins is not an easy task, but their laughter helps to forget about fatigue,” the mother shared.
With her husband, they dream of raising their children well, traveling, and discovering new horizons.
