At a press conference held on March 12 at AKIpress-Osh, they reported that the first shared participation agreements were signed back in 2018, and since then, many have not received documents for their apartments.
Mukhtarbek Usenov, one of the shareholders, stated that he signed a contract with the company in December 2018, according to which his apartment was supposed to be handed over by January 31, 2021. "The building is still not ready. At the time of purchase, the director of the company was a citizen O.Z., and in 2024, according to our information, he sold the business to M.A. According to my calculations, 90% of the shareholders have fully paid for their apartments. This means that the buildings should be completed. I conducted an analysis of four properties and found that no funds had been received by the company for approximately 30 apartments. Therefore, our apartments have still not been handed over. An audit is currently underway, and we are waiting for its results," he reported.
Usenov also noted that the current leaders of the company are under arrest. He added that the previous management allegedly mortgaged one of the properties in the bank and directed the funds received from the shareholders towards the construction of a gas block production plant.
Guldar Alimseitova, another shareholder, shared that she purchased two apartments in two of the company's projects. According to the contracts, they were supposed to be completed in 2024, but they are still unfinished.
Other shareholders also noted that in some of the properties they purchased, construction work has not even begun, and the land plots for their construction have not yet been acquired by the company.
