At a meeting of the Central Election Commission of Kyrgyzstan, a decision was made to prematurely terminate the powers of a number of deputies of local councils, according to the recommendations of the territorial election commissions from the Maiyly-Suu, Talas, Aitmatov, Nookat, and Kara-Suu districts. It was also decided to exclude registered candidates from the list, and the vacated mandates will be transferred to the next candidates who received the highest number of votes from the voters.
Among the decisions made:
• The powers of Gulipa Mamyrovna Temirova, a deputy of the Maiyly-Suu city council from the "El Birimdigi" faction, were terminated at her own request. The mandate was transferred to Tumarkan Alisherovna Myrzasaparova, the next candidate with the highest number of votes;
• Marat Kanybekovich Baytikov, a deputy of the Besh-Tash village council in the Talas region, also terminated his powers based on his application;
• The powers of Batyrkul Eshembekovich Kachiev, a deputy of the Amanbaev village council in the Aitmatov region, were terminated at his request. The mandate was transferred to Dinara Toktogulovna Sydykova, the next candidate;
• Nargizakhon Mirkabilovna Mirzahamdamova, a deputy of the A. Mirmakhmudov village council in the Nookat region, also terminated her powers at her own request. Her mandate was transferred to Gulmirakhan Kadyrbekovna Raymjanova;
• In the Kara-Suu district, the powers of Aigul Avazovna Avazova, a deputy of the Papansk village council, were terminated based on her application. The mandate was transferred to Mukhtarjanovna Kanzadaby Baltaeva, the next candidate by voting.
