Aliya was born on December 18, 1999, in the village of Cholpon, located in the Ak-Suu district. She comes from a family of six children and chose the path of a teacher, following in her father's footsteps.
"My father was a physical education teacher, and watching him work, I dreamed of becoming an educator from an early age. After school, I moved to Karakol and obtained higher education at a pedagogical university," recalls Aliya.
In 2021, she completed her bachelor's degree and then continued her studies in a master's program, which she finished in 2023. After that, Aliya began working at her current school.
According to her, being a first teacher is a huge responsibility. It is this educator who introduces children to the basics of learning and shapes their interest in knowledge. "A teacher not only imparts knowledge but also, like a second mother, raises children, guiding them on the path of science," she adds.
"I place great importance on upbringing. A child is just beginning to form as a student, and it is important to teach them rules of behavior and discipline, and then instill a love for learning and books. As soon as a child has motivation, it is necessary to explain the educational material in an accessible way," emphasizes Aliya.
She is confident that the main task of the first teacher is to nurture a personality capable of benefiting society. The first steps into the world of knowledge through a teacher open amazing horizons for a child.
Every day for Aliya is filled with interesting events. Children, who have just come from kindergarten, begin to get acquainted with studies, and she strives to ensure that each lesson brings them joy. "Children are very sincere, and their emotions inspire me," says the educator.
At the beginning of the school year, a project called "Digital Teacher" was announced at the school, within which Aliya gained new knowledge and skills necessary for her work. "We were trained in digital technologies, which turned out to be very useful. I learned to use a laptop in the educational process and improved my skills," she shares.
After passing the testing, Aliya was invited to Bishkek and learned that she had become one of the winners who won a trip to Dubai. The trip was scheduled for this month but is likely to be postponed due to the current situation.
Until this moment, Aliya had only been to Kazakhstan, so the news of winning a trip to Dubai made her very happy. "A teacher should be versatile. I strive to develop and bring useful experience for my students," she adds.
In 2020, Aliya married Asylbek, and they have a son. Their common love for sports and the teaching profession brought them together.
"I have been interested in chess since childhood. My cousin taught me how to play, and I quickly achieved success in this sport by participating in various competitions," she recounts.
When Aliya started working at the school, she began teaching her students chess, especially those who showed interest in this sport. "My students make me proud with their victories," she says proudly.
Her husband works as a coach at a children's and youth sports school, and together they are constantly engaged in developing their students. "We met at competitions where we went with our students," she adds.
Aliya believes that chess develops strategic thinking in children, helping them plan their actions. "Every move in chess requires thoughtfulness, and children learn to consider their decisions," she says.
In addition to chess, Aliya is involved in athletics and actively participates in competitions, winning prizes.
At the end of the conversation, she expressed her dream of becoming one of the best teachers in the country in the future.
