Raising children involves not only the transfer of knowledge but also the creation of necessary conditions for their emotional, social, and personal development. It is important for the educator to care for all aspects of the child's growth, showing them love, support, and respect.

This was discussed in an interview with a Turmush correspondent by Kenjegul Toyunbaeva, an educator from the At-Bashinsky district of the Naryn region.

Kenjegul Toyunbaeva works as an educator at the "Ak-Zhar Sezim" kindergarten in her native village and shared the principles that she believes are fundamental in the process of upbringing:

- **Love and support.** It is extremely important for a child to feel their worth and love. A warm attitude from parents and educators creates a foundation for confidence and psychological health.

- **Personal example.** Children learn not only from words but also from the actions of adults. Adults should demonstrate ethical norms of behavior by following their own example.

- **Discipline and boundaries.** Establishing reasonable rules contributes to the formation of responsibility and decision-making skills. It is important to explain limitations logically, avoiding the use of force.

- **Comprehensive development.** In addition to education, it is worth encouraging involvement in sports, music, art, and science, which helps the child to unlock their creative abilities.

- **Emotional intelligence.** Adults should help children understand their emotions and express them appropriately.

- **Independence.** By giving children small tasks, parents teach them self-control and independent thinking.

- **Social skills.** Mastery of communication, friendship, and empathy skills contributes to the successful adaptation of the child in society.

- **Healthy lifestyle.** Proper nutrition, physical activity, sleep routines, and adherence to hygiene standards have a direct impact on physical and psychological development.

Kenjegul Toyunbaeva is convinced that psychological comfort and a sense of self-worth play a key role in shaping a child's character:

- **Self-confidence.** When a child feels protection and love, it is easier for them to overcome difficulties and strive for goals, which strengthens their internal self-esteem.

- **Social development.** Children who are valued learn to respect others, which fosters healthy relationships with peers.

- **Emotional resilience.** Cherished children cope with stress more easily and overcome fears, becoming psychologically stable.

Practical advice from Toyunbaeva: say "I believe in you" and "I am proud of you" to your child more often, spend time together, listen attentively, and respect their opinions.
