The Ministry of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies of Kyrgyzstan has announced an update to the Tunduk mobile application. Users can now download the new version with an improved interface from the App Store and Google Play.
The main goal of the redesign is to provide more convenient and faster access to government services. Before releasing the update, the Tunduk team conducted extensive user interviews and testing, which helped identify key issues in navigation and usage scenarios. All changes were made taking into account the real user experience.
In the new version of the app, key documents such as identity cards, driver's licenses, and certificates are now located on the main page. This allows users to instantly access them after logging into the app, without the need to navigate through various sections.
Additionally, a new section called "Life Situations" has been added, which aggregates government services related to common life events. Users simply need to select the relevant situation—such as housing registration, childbirth, or health issues—to receive a list of necessary services in one place.
The main page of the app has been significantly redesigned: its structure has become simpler and more logical, and visual highlights help users find the necessary functions more quickly.
The visual style of the interface has also been updated, becoming lighter and more modern, which makes everyday use of the app more comfortable.
