On February 5, 2026, a citizen T.A. filed an official statement with the Internal Affairs Department of the Sverdlovsk District of Bishkek, requesting measures to be taken against a woman named "M.". This was reported by the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek.
The applicant stated that on January 12, 2026, this woman, having gained his trust, deceitfully took possession of 319,000 soms by promising to supply eight sewing machines, but then failed to fulfill her obligations and disappeared.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning fraud.
Employees of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek identified and brought in for questioning the suspect M.T., born in 1987.
During the investigation, it was revealed that M.T. is involved in more than 20 cases of fraud committed in Bishkek.
Considering that the suspect has a minor child, in accordance with Article 109-1 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, she was placed under a preventive measure of electronic monitoring (wearing a bracelet).
Currently, investigative and operational actions are ongoing to clarify all the details of the case and identify additional episodes of criminal activity.
