Representatives of the press service of the municipal enterprise "Bishkekvodokanal" reported that the responsible party is the construction company "Asia Stroy Kompleks," which was conducting work on a pipeline not registered with the enterprise.
The emergency team from "Bishkekvodokanal" arrived at the scene of the incident upon request. Currently, Isanova Street is closed, and excavation work is underway to address the burst in the 200-millimeter diameter water pipeline, as specified by the municipal enterprise.
