According to the press service of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Kyrgyzstan, the incident occurred on December 15, 2025, around 8:00 AM on the section of the road between the 427th and 451st kilometers. Rocks fell onto the roadway due to heavy precipitation, causing damage to the front of one of the vehicles.

Employees and special equipment from DEP No. 38 of the state enterprise "Kyrgyzavtozhol-South" arrived at the scene immediately to completely clear the roadway.
Additionally, it was clarified that the damaged vehicle was insured, and the damages will be compensated by the respective insurance company.
