According to information provided by the Ministry of Transport and Communications, as of the morning of December 11, the situation at the key passes of Kyrgyzstan is considered stable.

Roads such as Too-Ashuu on the Bishkek — Osh route, the Otmok pass on the Suusamyr — Talas — Taraz section, as well as Dolon, Kyzyl-Bel, Char, and Ak-Beyit, remain open, and traffic is proceeding normally in clear weather.

However, on the Barskoon — Ak-Shiyrak section (62–65 kilometers), an avalanche occurred due to heavy snowfall, resulting in the road being blocked. Road services are already working on clearing it.

Traffic is also temporarily restricted on the Karakol — Enilchek road due to a snow mass slide. Snowfall and blizzards are observed at the Chon-Ashuu pass.

Additionally, traffic is temporarily restricted at the Tuz-Bel pass, which is located on the Bishkek — Naryn — Torugart route, due to heavy blizzards.

The Ministry of Transport noted that road crews are working around the clock to clear the roads and ensure safety on the highways.
