The incident occurred on December 16 at the Uspenskaya school when 14-year-old Timofey K. attacked students, injuring a security guard and killing Kobiljon. Before the attack, he asked the children about their nationality. At the same time, Timofey was wearing clothing with symbols associated with mass killings.
The teenager is charged with "Murder" and "Attempted Murder," and he was arrested by court order.
Kobiljon Aliev, a citizen of Tajikistan, sustained fatal injuries. Following the incident, the Russian ambassador was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the republic, where he was handed a note demanding an investigation and accountability for those responsible.
