The president unexpectedly dismissed the minister of science
The court found the former minister of science, higher education, and innovations, Bakhtiyar Orozov, guilty of driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, as reported by the Alamedin District Court.
As a result of the court's decision, the ex-minister was stripped of his driver's license for one year.
It should be noted that on December 15, President Sadyr Japarov signed a decree to terminate Orozov's powers, citing his violation of ethical standards established for public servants.
Additionally, it became known that the traffic police of the Alamedin District stopped a Toyota Camry for violating traffic rules. Orozov was behind the wheel, and an examination confirmed that he was intoxicated.
