According to information provided by the press service of the President of Kyrgyzstan, Bakhtiyar Orozov has been relieved of his duties as Minister of Science, Higher Education, and Innovations due to a violation of the ethical standards established for state and municipal officials.
In accordance with the decree, which is based on paragraph 4 of part 1 of article 70, article 71 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, paragraph 5 of part 2 of article 24, and part 2 of article 32 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On State Civil Service and Municipal Service," as well as the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Political State Positions, Special State Positions, and Political Municipal Positions" dated June 4, 2025, No. 175, Bakhtiyar Saipidinovich Orozov has been dismissed from the position of Minister of Science, Higher Education, and Innovations due to a violation of ethical standards, as stated in the announcement.
