The ministry noted that under Orozov's leadership, the foundations of legal, organizational, and managerial nature were laid, which created conditions for the implementation of state policy in the fields of science, higher education, intellectual property, and innovations. As a result, about 50 regulatory legal acts were developed, more than half of which were adopted in the established manner.
Employees expressed their gratitude to Orozov for his contribution to the development of the ministry; as a sign of respect, he was dressed in an ak kalpak and a chepken.
It is worth noting that Baktyar Orozov was relieved of his position on December 15 due to a violation of the ethics of state and municipal officials. The day before, he was detained while driving under the influence of alcohol.
