The employees of the Ministry of Science, Higher Education and Innovations of the Kyrgyz Republic held a farewell ceremony for Baktiyar Orozov, who served as the first minister of the department.
According to the ministry, it was emphasized during the event that Baktiyar Orozov led the ministry during a difficult and responsible period of its establishment, ensuring the rapid organization of its work.
“In a short time, legal, organizational, and managerial foundations were created, which made it possible to implement a full-fledged state policy in the areas of science, higher education, intellectual property, and innovations,” the press release states.
Under his leadership, the initiation of the creation of about 50 regulatory acts took place, more than half of which were adopted in the established order. These documents became the foundation for the stable operation of the new ministry, clearly defining its powers and systematically developing the sector. In addition, a strategic course was developed, which is currently being actively implemented, allowing the department to function at full capacity.
