The incident occurred today around 3:20 AM in the parking lot of Osh International Airport. During nighttime patrols, police officers noticed that a little girl was sleeping in a locked Daewoo Nexia vehicle. She was alone in the cabin, and the doors were locked.
The patrol officers tried to find the owner of the vehicle, but considering the severe frost, they realized that the girl could be at risk of hypothermia. Therefore, they forced open the door and rescued the child, providing her with the necessary medical assistance.
According to eyewitnesses, the girl had spent about four hours in the car. After receiving assistance, she was returned to her parents, who were given an explanatory talk beforehand.
The Internal Affairs Department urged parents to be vigilant and not leave children unattended, emphasizing that a child's safety primarily depends on the responsibility of adults.
