According to the GKNB, court employees O. N. O., A. u. B., and K. u. B. acted in collusion, providing false information about the employment activities of imaginary workers.
Due to the actions of these individuals, the state suffered significant material damage, which negatively affected the reputation of the judicial system and created a poor atmosphere within the staff of the Administrative Court of the Osh Region, as noted in the official statement.
As a result of the collected evidence, the investigative department of the GKNB for Osh and the Osh Region initiated a criminal case on the grounds of "Abuse of Official Position." Within the framework of this case, the head of the office and key staff members of the Administrative Court of the Osh Region were taken into custody.
