According to the special services, O.S.M., serving as the head of the water management in the Ak-Suu district, illegally rented out a service excavator to private individuals from 2018 to 2025, embezzling the funds received.
Preliminary data indicates that the amount received from the illegal rental was 625,000 soms, but these funds were never credited to the agency's account.
It was also revealed that due to frequent and unlawful use, the excavator lost its functionality. An expert assessment showed that its market value is 800,000 soms.
Thus, the total damage caused to the state exceeded 1 million 425 thousand soms.
