The restoration work has already started, and part of the artistic painting has been successfully restored.

It is important to note that attempts to restore this site have been made multiple times, but previously the work was constantly halted. Despite promises from local authorities to carry out the restoration, the pavilion continued to deteriorate. For many years, this was impossible to achieve, as "Soki-Vody" changed hands and was resold multiple times.

A year ago, the city administration made a decision that finally resolved this protracted issue. The unique rotunda and the adjacent land plot were transferred to the balance of the municipal culture management of Bishkek according to the order of the DUMI dated December 6, 2024.

The "Soki-Vody" pavilion, known to many in its current form, was built in 1949. Previously, in the 1930s, the first wooden pavilion was erected on this site when the Ak-Suu mineral water source was opened in the gorge below Bishkek.

Inside the pavilion is the famous sculpture "Girl with Fruits on Her Head," created by sculptor Olga Manuilova.
