According to representatives of the municipality, repair work was carried out on one of the sections of the water supply system on November 14. "The temporary turbidity of the water that residents may have noticed is a normal reaction of the system to the work performed. Currently, the situation has stabilized, and water supply is being provided in the usual mode," officials noted.
Furthermore, the city hall emphasizes that work is actively underway to modernize the village's water supply system.
Among the priority measures, two new artesian wells were drilled and put into operation in 2025, which will ensure that residents have access to clean water.

As for long-term prospects, the city hall announced a tender for the development of project and estimate documentation for the complete replacement of water pipes. This large-scale project will be implemented in cooperation with the water resources department and financed from the republican budget, with work scheduled to start in 2026.
The issue of drinking water quality for the residents of Baktyu-Dolonotu remains under special control of the Cholpon-Ata City Hall, which is taking active measures to address it.
Previously, local residents expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of the water, pointing out its contamination.
