The participants of the competition faced numerous challenging tasks, including blind tasting, identifying grape varieties, determining the regions they come from, and suitable food pairings.
In the first stage of the competition, there was one representative from each country - the winner of the national competition. This year, the organizers made an exception and allowed those who took second and third places to participate as well, providing an opportunity to advance to the grand final. This unique opportunity was given to Nestan Adylbekova, who took second place in Kyrgyzstan.
