In connection with the CSTO summit being held in Bishkek, JSC "Airports of Kyrgyzstan" warns passengers about possible difficulties in accessing Manas International Airport. The city has implemented enhanced security measures, which are leading to temporary traffic restrictions on several streets, including routes leading to the airport.
Access to the airport may be periodically closed depending on the movement of official delegations. Such measures are taken by government authorities to ensure the safety of all participants in this international event.
Passengers are strongly advised to leave for the airport in advance, at least 3 hours before departure, to avoid delays and to complete all necessary pre-flight procedures.
Manas Airport continues to operate as usual.
