The auction house Christie’s has not yet posted information about the document on its website. However, according to media reports, it will be available for bidding on January 23, 2026. This three-page agreement was signed in 1976 by the three founders of the company: Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, and Ron Wayne. In this contract, the shares of the participants were distributed as follows: 45%, 45%, and 10%. Just a few days after signing, Ron Wayne sold his share for 800 dollars.

The contract for the creation of the company will be auctioned along with Ron Wayne's resignation agreement.
Wayne decided to leave the company when he realized that he bore personal responsibility and had assets, while his partners risked less. Currently, his share, sold for just 800 dollars, could be valued at around 400 billion dollars.
