The state enterprise "Kyrgyzavtozhol-North," through the Road Maintenance Enterprise No. 25, has already started laying the first layer of asphalt on a 2.6-kilometer section. Sidewalk construction is also underway, and after the completion of these works, a second layer of asphalt will be laid.
The project includes not only road works but also the installation of lighting, benches, and trash bins, as well as the creation of parking spaces and areas for stopping vehicles and enjoying panoramic views.
According to the Ministry of Transport, the road was in extremely poor condition before the work began, creating numerous difficulties for drivers. The renovation of the road will significantly improve transport accessibility for the residents of the village of Orto-Sai and guests of the flagpole, as well as enhance road safety.
