According to their data, if the work is completed by the end of this year, the laying of sidewalks and drainage ditches is planned for next year.
Daiyrbek Ormonov, a foreman at the enterprise, spoke about the progress of the work:
“This highway, which is over 140 kilometers long, is located in the northern part of the city of Tash-Kumyr. It was built during the Soviet era, and since then, only partial reconstruction has been carried out here. Currently, the old asphalt has been removed, and new pavement has been laid. The width of the road is 7 meters, and the thickness of the asphalt varies from 7 to 8 cm.”
