On December 20, the XXXIII championship of Kyrgyzstan in national wrestling kulatuu will take place in Bishkek. The event will be held at the Palace of Sports named after Kaba Uulu Kozhomkul and is organized with the support of the Federation of Kulatuu of the KR and the Directorate of National Sports.
Athletes from various martial arts such as kulatuu, pankration, grappling, sambo, karate, taekwondo, freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling, Muay Thai, vale tudo, and kickboxing will participate in the tournament. Participants aged 18 and older are allowed to compete.
The schedule of the championship is as follows:
On December 19, registration and weighing of participants will take place from 10:00 to 14:00, as well as the work of the mandate commission from 15:00 to 18:00;
On December 20, an additional weighing is scheduled from 09:00 to 10:00, after which the matches and the opening ceremony will begin at 10:00;
The awarding of the winners and the closing of the championship will take place after the final matches.
This event will serve as a significant platform for promoting national wrestling kulatuu and strengthening ties between various martial arts.
